The CSG-10 Comb Generator is a reference
signal source to Radiated Emission(RE). The
Comb Generator output has the harmonics of
the fundamental frequency.
The CSG-10 has a 25cm length antenna to
radiated 10MHz harmonics covered frequency
from 10MHz to 1GHz. Also it can be used for
conducted reference signals by connecting a
coaxial cable.
The CSG-10 is powered by rechargeable
internal NiMH batteries. Please use it after fully
charged, because the cable of charger may
has radiated signals to affect the measurement
result.
Application
The main application of the CSG-10 comb
generator is to quickly verify radiated emission
test setup. Most EMC labs has to do
intermediate checks to verify the Open Area
Test Site(OATS) or an Anechoic Chamber if the
radiated emission results have diverged or not
in per day or week.
